Let’s get the children off of the WWW (World Wide Web) and out into nature for a different WWW (Wizard Wand Workshop).

It is that time of year when thing go bump in the night and magic is afoot. This is an opportunity for your child/children to add the ultimate accessory to their Halloween costume as well as a chance to show that the woodland can provide.

At this workshop we will collect items from around the wood and use wool and string to decorate a stick also found from the woods. Then we will imbrue our wands with benevolent magic and protection so that only good intentions can be created with their wand.

Children (and parents) can use their imagination and creativity and the best wand will get a prize.

For children of all ages. Under 8’s are to be accompanied by a parent/carer. Adults welcome too.

Wear suitable clothing, bring a snack and a drink. It is recommended that parent/carer bring a lightweight chair for themselves and picnic blanket for the children.

£10 per person doing the activity.
