Embrace your inner wild woman for a weekend!
This weekend gives you an opportunity to unplug yourself from modern day stresses of life and technology and to reconnect to the healing benefits of nature. This basic camping retreat gives you an incredible opportunity to experience the great outdoors giving you an intensive personal journey within a close community that will promote relaxation and de-stressing. The powerful group dynamic is key and you should be prepared to be open-minded, honest and ready for your own unique personal challenge!
Activities can include:
- Shinrin-Yoku/Forest Bathing
- Art and crafts
- Mindfulness activities
- Survival activities
We will be camping on a wooded small holding in Hertfordshire, UK. Water is available but needs to be carried in containers from the tap to the camp. Toilet facilities are very basic.
Healthy vegetarian meals will be provided throughout the weekend by our diet nutritionist so if you have any special food requirements please make sure we are notified. Please bring your own snacks and drinks. Further details of the camp are available to download with the booking form below.
We recommend that you bring your own tent but a limited number can be provided if necessary. It will be necessary to bring your own bedding and mattress/airbed (but we do have some air beds available to borrow if necessary), your clothing and personal effects.
As this is an unplugged camp we urge you not to bring mobile telephones and electrical equipment on to camp. Cameras are allowed. They may, however, be left in your vehicle for use before and after camp.
